Elite Relief Security Officer Locations: Lincoln, Newark & Spalding. Pay Rate: £12.86 per hour. Contract: 8 hours per week (with regular additional hours available). Shifts: Days, Nights & Weekends.

What We're Looking For
* Valid SIA Licence
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
* Flexibility to work a mix of days, nights, and weekends
* A professional, calm, and confident approach
* Previous security experience
* Strong commitment to ongoing training, development, and licence renewals
The Role
As an Elite Relief Officer, you'll protect people, property, and assets across a range of sites, following each location's Assignment Instructions (AIs). You'll be trusted to step into different environments at short notice while maintaining excellent service standards and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering security services in line with company policies and legal requirements
* Responding promptly and effectively to incidents and emergencies
* Maintaining a visible and reassuring security presence
* Identifying and reporting health & safety risks or potential threats
* Completing accurate incident reports, logbooks, and check calls
* Using security systems and technology confidently
* Making sound decisions under pressure
Training & Development
