Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join a successful and growing construction business.
Experience Required:
1. Must be a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor with previous experience in the construction industry.
The Role:
2. Managing all costs in a construction project, from initial feasibility studies to final completion.
3. Preparing cost estimates
4. Creating and managing budgets
5. Negotiating contracts and ensuring the project stays within budget
6. Liaising with clients, architects, engineers and contractors
7. All other tasks as required
Monday to Friday role
Salary: From £52, pa (upwards) negotiable depending on skills and experience
