We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused 1st Line IT Support Analyst to join a busy service desk team supporting users across multiple sites. This is a hands-on role providing front-line technical support for a wide range of systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for IT queries via phone and remote support
Log and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
Troubleshoot issues across Windows environments, networks, email, and telecoms
Assist with user account management and basic system administration
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or third-party providersWhat You'll Need:
