The role will involve:
* Delivering practical, workshop-based sessions (e.g. small engines, basic mechanics, maintenance tasks)
* Supporting learners on a 1:1 or small group basis
* Building positive relationships with students who may be disengaged from mainstream education
* Encouraging attendance, engagement and confidence through hands-on learning
* Supporting personal development, employability skills and progression pathways
* Working collaboratively with pastoral and support staff
About the Learners
You will be working with young people who may:
* Have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
* Be at risk of exclusion or currently outside mainstream education
* Require additional support to engage with learning
A calm, patient and consistent approach is essential.
