Position: Key Account Specialist (Public Sector)
Location: Derry / Londonderry
Salary: £23K with OTE £27K - £29K

Hours: Full-time, hours per week with reasonable flexibility required
Overview: Join our team as a Key Account Specialist where you will play a critical role in managing and expanding our recruitment services within the public sector. You will ensure the delivery of comprehensive, efficient, and effective solutions to meet client needs and enhance profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
10. Develop strong client relationships to understand deep insights into roles, organisational culture, and hiring needs.
11. Design and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet KPIs and client expectations.
12. Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidate alignment with client requirements and culture.
13. Manage all aspects of client interaction, from service delivery to feedback handling and performance assessments.
14. Ensure all activities comply with legal standards and company policies.
Requirements:
15. Minimum 6 months experience in account management or recruitment.
16. Strong communication and IT skills, with the ability to manage relationships across all levels.
17. A proven track record of problem-solving and resilience under pressure.
18. GCSE in English and Maths (Grades A-C) or equivalent; Business Admin Level 3 is desirable.
Desirable Traits:
19. Experience handling investigations and grievances.
20. Demonstrated ability to manage and complete multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
