Join Deloitte for a prestigious engagement with a leading global investment banking and asset management client. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Onboarding Coordinator to play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and risk-aware onboarding experience for new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them throughout the onboarding journey with professionalism and clarity.
* Collaborate closely with the IBD Client Onboarding team to prioritize new client onboardings, ensuring timely completion of KYC processes and the opening of trading accounts to facilitate trade execution.
* Manage the prioritization of ISDA negotiations, working alongside negotiators to secure internal approvals and escalate stalled or commercially sensitive files effectively.
* Oversee files outsourced to external counsel firms, assisting with internal GS approval procedures to maintain compliance and efficiency.
* Develop and implement transparent reporting mechanisms to keep the business informed on onboarding progress, while fostering an open forum for issue escalation and recommendations for policy or approval enhancements.
Essential Requirements:
* A valid law degree is required for consideration
* Fluency in French or German is mandatory.
* Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
