The role
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Group's Governance Team. This includes assisting with the facilitation of Group Board, Sub Committee and management team meetings. The role will also assist in providing administrative support to the Group Chief Executive and support with the administrative duties associated with governance, data protection, risk management and internal audit.
The right fit
* We are seeking an individual with administration experience and strong organisational and time management skills.
* This role will work closely with Group Directors and Board Members and will require good interpersonal and communication skills.
* You will demonstrate confidentiality and discretion.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel) and Adobe.
* You will be self-motivated and able to use initiative to find solutions.
* You must have the ability to work as an effective team member.
* Minute taking skills are desirable.
