Project Manager Overview
The role involves supporting, developing, and planning a structured delivery approach that exceeds client objectives and expectations. The role holder will play a key part in client satisfaction and will oversee a less experienced Project Manager, ensuring effective communication, operational excellence, and efficiency in delivering key client campaigns.
Project Manager Duties
1. Lead, mentor, and manage Project Managers to ensure successful campaign execution.
2. Collaborate with the Client Delivery Lead and Product/Delivery Team to standardize campaign delivery processes to reduce costs.
3. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
4. Support achievement of operational KPIs.
5. Set performance goals, review performance regularly, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
6. Work with the Client Success Lead to manage and coach the Client Success Team daily.
7. Understand client objectives and ensure campaigns align with their goals.
8. Support key clients in managing operational aspects of projects and contracts.
9. Engage with clients and stakeholders to establish targets, objectives, and schedules, integrating these into project plans.
10. Serve as a point of contact for account teams and clients, ensuring excellent communication and strong relationships.
11. Conduct regular reviews with clients, providing updates, insights, and recommendations.
12. Plan, coordinate, and oversee delivery of complex contracts and platform campaigns, ensuring timely, within scope, and budget delivery.
13. Align campaign schedules with resource requirements to optimize workload across multiple campaigns.
14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth campaign launches and delivery.
15. Review campaign delivery processes regularly to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
16. Work with leadership to standardize processes, workflows, and best practices.
17. Help identify inefficiencies and develop strategies to address root causes.
What’s In Your DNA / Experience Needed
* At least 3 years of proven experience in client delivery, client services, or project management, preferably within technology or marketing/agency environments.
* Strong leadership skills and experience working with high-performing teams.
* Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
* Solid financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and tracking financial performance.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality projects.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
