We’re looking for a Recruitment Marketing Officer to administer our shared service recruitment and onboarding processes and to support innovative, effective recruitment campaigns that attract outstanding educators and support staff to our growing family of schools.
Whether it’s creating inspiring content for teacher recruitment, showcasing our schools through social media, or building our employer brand across digital platforms—you’ll play a key role in helping us recruit and retain exceptional staff across the Trust.
This is a full-time role but we will also consider someone looking to work 25 hours per week upwards. You must be able to regularly travel to Gloucester where the role is based.
Responsibilities
* Compiling and updating advertisements, recruitment packs, job descriptions and person specifications.
* Adding vacancies to the in-house recruitment portal accurately and keeping the Recruitment Tracker up to date.
* Maintaining the in-house recruitment portal and applicant tracking system ensuring data is accurate.
* Compiling and sending new starter documentation to successful candidates via the recruitment system and ensuring a high-quality onboarding experience.
* Maintaining the new starter checklist and ensuring it is up to date.
* Undertaking all pre-employment safer recruitment checks including references, pre-employment medicals and DBS and maintaining onboarding employee files.
* Working closely with the Recruitment Marketing Manager to develop recruitment data reporting metrics, market trends and workforce information.
* Supporting projects and initiatives that add value, enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and improve recruitment processes.
* Staying updated on industry trends and social media recruitment best practices to refine talent acquisition strategies.
* Promoting Greenshaw Learning Trust and our schools as an employer of choice by showcasing organisational culture, values, and career opportunities through various channels.
* Supporting recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn, Indeed and other media channels.
* Managing and growing presence on key social media platforms (including Glassdoor profile).
What we’re looking for
* Demonstrable experience in a recruitment role.
* A solid understanding of recruitment sources and platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and job boards.
* A strong understanding of social media platforms and their usage in a recruitment context.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
* Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite applications.
* Attention to detail and editing skills to ensure materials published on behalf of the Trust meet high standards.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
* Experience in the Education sector and/or a Multi Academy Trust is an advantage but not required.
