Were seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Support Officer to join our HR & Finance Shared Services team in Armagh. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality recruitment and selection support across our organisation. Youll be responsible for providing efficient administrative support, maintaining recruitment systems, and ensuring an excellent service for internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for recruitment-related queries. Deliver end-to-end recruitment and selection activities in line with best practice. Input, process, and validate information accurately and within agreed timescales. Support the preparation of reports, documentation, and recruitment statistics. Maintain and audit HR systems and databases to ensure data accuracy. Assist with the analysis of recruitment data and identification of risks or delays. Provide excellent customer service to all staff and applicants. Contribute to improving processes and ensuring compliance with policy and procedure. Essential Criteria 5 GCSEs (Grades AC) including English Language and Maths or 18 months relevant administrative experience. Willingness to undertake the REC Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing within 12 months of appointment. Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and electronic). Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. Experience using Microsoft Office and other IT systems. Desirable Criteria 1 years experience working in a recruitment or HR setting.
