Job Description:
Buckden Partners are supporting a leading UK property finance provider. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead their marketing efforts and elevate brand presence.
They have a new property investment platform launching later this year, and this person will lead the launch strategy for it, as well as support marketing efforts on the lending side of the business.
Role Overview: The Head of Marketing will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance market position, attract new clients, and drive business growth. The role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in the property or financial services sector, a deep understanding of the property market, and a proven track record in marketing. The successful candidate will lead the company’s market strategy, manage multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, with significant experience in the financial services or property sector.
* Proven success in leading, developing, and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
* Strong understanding of the property market and finance products.
* Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to inform strategic decisions.
