About the Role:
As Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding care to our residents, maintaining high standards, and providing professional leadership to the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, compassionate nurse ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day management of the care home
Lead and motivate care staff to deliver person-centred, high-quality care
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies
Contribute to staff development, training, and supervision
Deliver hands-on clinical care and manage medication safely
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC PIN
Previous experience in a care home management or deputy role
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A caring and professional approach to elderly care
