BI Analyst - FP&A Team at Stonegate Group
As a BI Analyst within the FP&A team at Stonegate Group, you will contribute to the development, creation, and implementation of reporting that supports our company strategy. We are looking for a team player who excels at transforming detailed data into insightful dashboards for users across various levels of the business. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with numbers and figures, this could be the role for you.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop performance indicators and metrics for comparison across multiple areas of the Group.
2. Create and compile analysis reports into spreadsheets, documents, and Power BI reports for management.
3. Communicate and educate departments and management on the company's financial status, performance against strategy, and plans.
4. Provide detailed commentary to management on the organisation's performance relative to objectives and strategies.
5. Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to translate business requirements into reporting pipelines.
Key Requirements for the Role:
* Experience in Power BI, including DAX, Data Modelling, and Power Query.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Good understanding of SQL; experience with Snowflake is a plus.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with an eye for formatting.
* Ability to turn stakeholder requirements into concise, insightful reports using a solution-based approach.
* Adherence to data governance and best practices.
* Experience in Hospitality or Retail finance is advantageous.
