Location: Worcester
Salary: £40,000 £45,000 per annum + bonuses (£2,000£3,000)
Hours: 08:0017:00, Monday to Friday (with up to 1 hour for breaks)

Our wonderful client is a fast-growing, family-run business supplying premium hospitality machines, taps and dispensers to offices and workplaces across the UK.

As they continue to grow, they are establishing a dedicated Client Care Department and are looking for an experienced, people-focused Client Success Manager to lead it.
The Role
As Client Success Manager, youll lead a small client care team to deliver exceptional customer service, acting as the key link between clients and internal departments. Youll inspire your team, drive service excellence, and ensure every client interaction reflects a commitment to quality and care.
