Based in the Colwyn Bay office, with aspects of delivery and training in Wrexham and Flintshire.
Your role will be to support new carers onboard to their new job role as CAREGivers with the company, supporting the delivery of initial onboard training, planning, organising, and performing support visits to new caregivers.
You will deliver training and support sessions to both Home Instead offices in Colwyn Bay and Wrexham, ensuring that our Care Professionals receive appropriate and high-quality support.
* Support visits, plan introductions, and shadow visits.
* Conduct CAREGiver support visits and client QA’s.
* Update and audit client Personal plans and assist with digital care planning.
* Maintain accurate CAREGiver records.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
* Support and mentor CAREGivers.
* Maintain regular contact with clients and CAREGivers.
* Ensure planning boards are completed monthly.
* Participate in on-call duties as required, approximately 1 week in 7 or 8, in compliance with Home Instead’s Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy.
* Ensure employment and service delivery standards are met.
* Carry out any other duties necessary for the successful operation of the business.
