We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused **Production Team Leader** to lead a high-performing manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of daily operations—ensuring production is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while driving continuous improvement and developing your team. **This is a temporary role until end of Dec 2027.****Key responsibilities:*** Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver strong performance and engagement* Ensure production schedules are achieved on time and in full* Maintain strict quality, compliance, and safety standards (cGMP & EHS)* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance* Monitor KPIs and ensure accurate documentation and reporting**Knowledge, skills and experience:*** Experience in a similar role from the pharma industry, ideally from aseptic manufacturing* Previous people management experience or a natural leader with the ability to lead successful teams* Ideally project management or tech transfer skillsIf you’re a natural leader who thrives on improving performance, developing people, and delivering results—we’d love to hear from you.**#LI-Onsite**We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported; where we embrace “The Real Us”.
