About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to to lead the development and delivery of market data solutions and custom research projects aligned with their business objectives. Reporting to senior consultants, you will assist with market analytics, data tracking, and stakeholder engagement, contributing to meaningful insights for healthcare clients. This role is ideal for someone looking to build strong analytical and research skills, gain hands-on experience with healthcare data, and develop client-facing capabilities.
Responsibilities:
* Execute market analysis for multi-country global tracker solutions focused on healthcare data and insights
* Analyse datasets using quantitative tools, analytical models, and research methodologies (primary & secondary)
* Manage projects and coordinate with teams to achieve client delivery goals within agreed timelines
* Conduct secondary research to gather, validate, and synthesize market intelligence
* Support client engagements and serve as a client contact when needed
* Develop clear, data-backed recommendations and present findings confidently to clients
* Work closely with research partners and ensure data quality and research integrity
* Mentor and guide junior analysts, ensuring that they meet performance goals and advance in their careers successfully
Requirements:
* •Bachelor’s degree from a top UK university (Life Sciences, Economics, Business, or related field)
* 2-4 years' of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, ideally within healthcare, consulting, or data-driven industries
* Strong analytical and Excel skills with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate data into actionable insights
* Proactive, organized, and adaptable team player with intellectual curiosity
* Interest in the MedTech or biotech sectors is a strong plus
Compensation and benefits:
* Salary of £36 - 54K, depending on experience
