\nFollow all Health and Safety protocols and policies, including signing in and out processes. \nProvide refreshments for the children. So, what does it mean to be a JAG Playworker?\n \nCreate an inclusive and fun atmosphere for the children in our care, from picking them up from school to safely delivering them back to their parents or caregivers.
\nCollaborate with the team to plan and execute structured and exciting activities that encourage maximum participation, such as multi-sports, games, arts and crafts, structured play, and more. \nEnsure all activities are age and skill-appropriate while prioritizing safety, including the proper use of equipment and space. \nProvide refreshments for the kids while maintaining our high standards of hygiene and health and safety.
\nSet up and pack away play spaces, moving furniture and play equipment as needed. \nFollow all Health and Safety protocols and policies and keep all relevant documentation, including accident and incident forms, up to date and completed as needed. \nEnsure proper sign-in and sign-out processes and procedures are followed for all children in our care.
\nCommunicate professionally and authentically with team members, parents, children, and schools. • Conduct regular maintenance and safety checks for all equipment and kit. \nTake the lead in championing health and safety, providing first aid where necessary.
\nKeep all information and documents related to the children in our care confidential and secure. \nInspire our team members and the children in our care to have fun, be active, and lead an active lifestyle.
