An MSP based in Wakefield is looking for an IT Systems Administrator with excellent experience using windows servers and network technologies.
The IT Systems Administrator will play a key role in maintaining and where necessary improving the companies IT infrastructure, maintaining key documentation and collaborating with 3rd party suppliers on other IT projects.
Key Skills
* At least 3 Years of professional IT Support experience.
* Excellent experience with Windows Servers and Office365.
* Proficient working with network technologies including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi).
* Confident using Azure Active Directory and Mimecast.
* Exposure to 3rd line Support experience is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support, maintain, and monitor the companies IT Infrastructure.
* Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and available to support business operations.
* Perform routine system checks, maintenance, and upgrades to ensure the IT infrastructure and servers work to maximum efficiency.
* Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and system inventories.
* Research and identify improvements/upgrades for both hardware and software infrastructure using best practices.
