This role is accountable for strengthening EHS management systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving sustained improvements in safety culture, environmental protection, and operational risk control. Responsibilities: Provide EHS leadership and governance across site-level Environmental, Health & Safety systems, ensuring compliance with UK legislation. Own the EHS risk management and compliance framework, including risk assessments, control verification, and continuous improvement. Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and management systems, ensuring audit readiness. Monitor and report EHS performance, identifying trends, systemic risks, and improvement opportunities.
