Private Client Paralegal West Midlands Hybrid Working GBP Competitive DOE Job Ref:
You will be joining a close-knit team assisting with a caseload of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Probate matters.
The Role
* Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Assisting with the administration of estates from instruction through to distribution
* Preparing probate applications and liaising with HMRC and financial institutions
* Supporting the team on Trust matters
* Managing client communications with professionalism and empathy
* Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring regulatory compliance
The Candidate
* Previous experience within a Private Client team
* Confident drafting Wills and LPAs
* Good understanding of the probate process
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent client care skills, particularly when handling sensitive matters
* Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
