Responsibilities Oversee and manage tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Coordinate and conduct property inspections to assess conditions and identify necessary maintenance or improvements. Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and disputes in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with landlords and property owners to optimize estate management strategies and enhance property value. Maintain accurate records of tenancy agreements, property inspections, and maintenance activities. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve estate management operations.
