Who we’re seeking: Experience supporting children with SEN, such as Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or social, emotional, and mental health needs. A calm, empathetic, and supportive approach tailored to the needs of individual pupils. Ability to build trusting relationships with pupils, parents, and staff. Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a proactive attitude. A genuine passion for inclusion and helping children reach their potential. Previous school-based experience or relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential. About the role: Provide 1:1 classroom and pastoral support for a pupil with specific learning or emotional needs. Adapt learning materials and teaching strategies to meet individual targets. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement and review personalised support plans. Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.
