As a key member of the quality function, you will act as the Voice of the Customer, leading quality improvement activities, supporting customer escalations, driving robust corrective actions, and ensuring the highest standards of quality performance across the business. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary customer contact and Voice of the Customer. Lead and support customer escalation activities. Coordinate the method, timing, and evaluation of 8D and CCAR activities. Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports, including PPM, incident rates, 8D status, and customer scorecards. Drive corrective actions through to robust closure. Provide support and guidance to Quality Technicians. Support containment management activities and wider business objectives.
