HR Advisor 12 month FTC in Norwich Your new company A respected and values-driven organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their HR team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful work while supporting a diverse and dedicated workforce. The role is to commence ASAP.
Your new role Part of a friendly team, you’ll provide high-quality HR support across all areas of the organisation. You’ll take ownership of key HR functions, including employee relations, wellbeing, performance management, and policy development. You’ll also play a vital role in supporting line managers, advising on best practice, and helping to shape a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
What you'll need to succeed CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with generalist HR experience. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. Experience in employee relations, wellbeing, and recruitment.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office.
