Working alongside another Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of the business, ensuring a seamless front-of-house experience for visitors and colleagues alike. Key responsibilities include: Greeting clients and guests with warmth and professionalism Managing meeting rooms, including bookings, set-up, and refreshments Liaising with couriers, suppliers, and building management Supporting Executive Assistants with ad hoc administration Assisting with client events and office hospitality About you: Previous experience in a permanent corporate reception role, with a stable cv.
