We’re looking for a Central Sterilisation Unit (CSU) Operative to join the team at Alpha Dental Care Market Harborough. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in high standards of cleanliness, and loves making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining sterilisation processes, preparing equipment, and supporting the clinical team so they can deliver excellent patient care every day. About the Practice Alpha Dental Care Market Harborough is a busy, friendly practice with seven surgeries, most of which are modern and well-equipped. Located on a main road close to the town centre, the practice is easy to reach and even offers its own on-site car park. The team is experienced and welcoming, with some staff members having over 15 years of service at the practice something we’re incredibly proud of.
