Role: GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER Location: Birmingham Salary: £38,000 to £43,000 (depending on experience) Ref: MAR713 About the Role: We are recruiting on behalf of a leading infrastructure organisation for a Geotechnical Engineer to join their Operational Delivery team based in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of feasibility studies and the delivery of geotechnical renewal and improvement schemes on key infrastructure assets across the West Midlands. The successful candidate will take a leading role in early solution development, compiling and checking technical documentation, and considering innovative approaches to design, materials, and cost efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: * Develop feasibility studies in line with agreed asset management strategies. * Produce and review CD622 geotechnical reports. * Prepare briefs and support the delivery of ground investigation surveys. * Undertake preliminary geotechnical design for maintenance and renewal schemes. * Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing are embedded throughout project planning and execution.
