We are looking for highly motivated individuals to work as part of a team who will provide a support service to Home Carers working to support vulnerable people living in the community Council wide. This includes scheduling and allocation of work. There is a requirement use IT, and you should have an interest and understanding of IT programmes.

Additional increments for working unsocial hours will also apply.

Shift Pattern: In accordance with a rotational roster, you will work over a four-week shift pattern which consists of two weeks day shift and 2 weeks back shifts. Day shift is 6.30am until 3.3 pm (during week days - 7am until 4 pm office based) Backshift is 3pm until 11pm. When not in the office you will work from home.
Shift Pattern consists of:
1. Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday ( Dayshift )
2. Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday ( Dayshift )
3. Week 3 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday ( Backshift )
4. Week 4 – Wednesday, Thursday ( Backshift )
