Job Title: Support Worker Full Time
Location: Chorley
Pay: £12.86 £13.10 per hour (dependent on experience)
Hours: 35 or 40 hours per week Full-time day shifts

We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join a growing team providing high-quality care to adults with a range of disabilities, including physical needs.

Key Responsibilities Provide personal care and support to adults with a variety of disabilities
Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility
Promote independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing
Support individuals to access and engage in community activities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records
Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar support role (preferred)
Full, clean driving licence (preferred)
Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A compassionate and person-centred approach to care
