We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Agent to join a leading civil engineering main contractor on a 12-month project based in Leicester. This role is Outside IR35 and offers a strong day rate for the right candidate.
The project includes works within the water treatment and highways sectors, so experience in either or both environments is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations
*
Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget
*
Produce and manage all site documentation including:
*
Construction Phase Plans (CPPs)
*
RAMS
*
ITPs
*
Task Briefings (TBTs)
*
Programmes of works
*
Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour and plant
*
Maintain high health & safety standards on site
*
Liaise with clients, engineers and key stakeholders
*
Monitor progress against programme and report accordingly
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering
*
Strong background in water treatment and/or highways projects
*
Engineering background (HNC/HND/Degree or time-served)
*
NRSWA Supervisor ticket (essential)
*
First Aid at Work (essential)
*
Strong understanding of QA processes and documentation
*
Ability to work independently and lead site teams effectively
