The place has a lot of humour with quirky and original features throughout offering the guest something a little different, casual but completely professional.
In the kitchen there is a brigade of 6 talented chefs preparing fabulous fresh cuisine with an emphasis on seasonal, locally sourced produce. The Head Chef is a very talented having worked up to Michelin level and offers an excellent training for his junior chefs.

The ideal Chef de Partie will have previous experience within a fresh food kitchen and feel passionately about cooking with fresh, seasonal produce.
The Head Chef has an excellent career history within award winning restaurants around the country and could offer a superb training, so would consider a keen and enthusiastic Commis Chef/Demi Chef de Partie looking for their next step up.
This is a live out role and your own transport would be essential due to its rural location within this beautiful country village.
