About The Role
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a supportive team dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for children and young people in care. You will play a key role in supporting their emotional wellbeing, encouraging independence, and helping them make positive choices in their daily lives.
What We’re Looking For
* A full UK driving licence
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care or Children & Young People (desirable but not essential)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A calm, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach
* A team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude
