About the Role
* Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, and close
* Manage deals between £4K–£50K ACV
* Self-source at least 80%+ of closed-won revenue
* Handle fast-paced SMB cycles
* Collaborate closely with marketing, SDRs, and CS to build pipeline and win new logos
* Tech stack includes HubSpot, Gong, Cognism, ChilliPiper, Crossbeam
About the Candidate
* Minimum 2 years as an AE in B2B SaaS or agency recruitment (360)
* Strong recruiting knowledge (agency, in-house TA, or HR/TA sales)
* Proven ability to hit and exceed targets
* Experience selling in competitive, low-brand-recognition spaces
* Technically literate and able to run your own demos and troubleshooting
* Strong communication, written polish, and executive presence
