Position: Room Leader | Type: Full Time | Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £27,580 per annum

Your Responsibilities as Room Leader:
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources for children.
* Enhance the overall daily needs of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.
* Lead by example, promoting respect and credibility in your role.
* Assist in embedding an effective key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff member, parent, and visitor at all times.
* Understand and ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
What You’ll Need:
* Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification - Essential
* Over 1 year’s experience working in Early Years - Essential
* Over 6 months’ experience in a senior position - Desirable
* Fluency in written and spoken English - Essential
