Role overview & objective
This role is key in developing, implementing and executing social media strategy.
The role must fully understand the company's products, brand propositions, and positionings in order to communicate effectively with the customer base.
The role sits within a dynamic and growing team. In this role, you'll bring innovative, on-brand ideas that drive online growth, particularly across social media platforms, while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Strong copywriting skills are essential to tell the brand's story across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies.
* Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels across multiple accounts.
* Create and/or coordinate original and engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms.
* Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the brands.
* Form key relationships with influencers, partners and media contributors whilst engaging our communities across social media platforms.
* Manage linktrees, bios, and highlights to ensure all information is relevant and up-to-date.
* Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights, working alongside the existing reporting metrics within the online marketing team.
* Identify consumer trends to help plan social media campaigns and ensure content is reactive and relevant to industry trends.
* Set targets to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty.
* Create engaging and creative copy that reflects the brand's voice for social media and broader marketing materials.
* Contributing to paid social activity through content creation, monitoring trends, and owning lofi assets.
* Ideate content capture briefs in line with strategy and current gaps
