Working with a small friendly team, you will provide a courteous, efficient, and effective service, which maintains UCC’s positive company image through maintaining high standards of customer communications.
The Role:
* First line support for customers’ arranging coffee machine installations.
* Support our sales team processing customer orders.
* Customer point of contact for equipment requests and answering queries.
* Plan equipment allocations, working closely with internal teams.
* Review stock management to ensure relevant coffee machine equipment is available.
* Maintain customer database to ensure system data is accurate and aligned.
* Assist the team with projects and adhoc tasks as required.
The Person:
* Passionate about providing great customer service
* Able to answer queries concisely via the telephone and email
* Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
* Attention to detail and strong data entry skills
* Confident user of Microsoft Office application (Excel)
* Hybrid working available after probation
Salary: up to £26k + 25 days holiday + Pension + EAP + Life Assurance + other Company benefits.
