About the role

We are looking for a Part time Administration Assistant (Client Care Coordinator) to join our dynamic Residential Property team in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, providing exceptional and proactive administrative support within a reputable and growing firm. Experience of working within residential property is desirable but not essential for this role.

We require 22.5 hours each week and we are happy to discuss preferred working hours and days.

What this role would include

* Working within the Residential Property team providing excellent administrative support.
* Communicating effectively with clients to provide a client focused service to both our clients and legal advisers.
* Checking, amending and the formatting of letters and other documents produced by the Document Production team.
* Compiling confidential correspondence and emails on behalf of the legal advisers.
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.

* Ability to work in a planned, proactive and organised way maintaining high attention to detail and confidentiality.
