Senior Supplier Manager – Remote (occasional travel to Hull) - £45,000 - £50,000 Bonus Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be supporting a leading procurement consultancy who support public sector clients in their search for a Senior Supplier Manager. This is a newly created key role will support client by managing procurement lifecycles and optimising supply chain performance. Benefits: Remote working with occasional travel to HQ in Hull Performance related bonus Life Insurance (after a successful probation period) Private Medical (after a successful probation period) 26 days holiday bank holidays Christmas holiday period Free breakfast & lunch provided when in the office Pension (company supported) Tailored training & development A great working environment and regular social events Being part of an entrepreneurial team that challenges you and gives you fantastic career progression Senior Supplier Manager Duties: Lead the supplier onboarding process, including due diligence, accreditation, and compliance checks in line with framework requirements Monitor supplier performance using agreed KPIs, SLAs, and client feedback and lead performance reviews and improvement plans where necessary Facilitate supplier engagement sessions, capability assessments and market insight gathering to enhance the supply chain strategy Support the procurement team in supplier selection, tender evaluations and commercial negotiations as require Work closely with framework clients to resolve supplier issues and ensure alignment with project goals Maintain supplier databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records of certifications, insurance and other compliance documents Drive innovation, sustainability, and social value outcomes through collaborative supplier development initiatives Ensure adherence to procurement regulations (e.g., PCR 2015), framework rules, and best practice guidelines Hours: Full time Monday – Friday (Flexitime) Required skills & experience: Have an understanding of public sector procurement Experience in managing contractors and or Consultants in relation to an Estates role (desirable) Understand the importance of good supplier management processes Great interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels and be comfortable with delivering presentations Confident, assertive, able to work independently and make decisions without the requirement for continuous supervision If you would like to discuss this Senior Supplier Manager role in more detail, then do get in touch with Lewis at Elevation Recruitment Group now!
