KPMG Business Service Apprenticeship
As an apprentice, you will undertake a variety of administrative tasks to support KPMG colleagues. You’ll also learn how we use data and reporting that are essential to optimising performance.
Throughout your apprenticeship you’ll be part of Administration Services KPMG (ASK), where specific tasks might include anything from producing documents to organising travel or supporting recruitment initiatives. In the second year, you may join one of the other operational teams, where there will be opportunities to develop specialist skills and knowledge.
You’ll be based in either Birmingham or Leeds, spending two days each week in the office. We value the learning that you can get from collaborating closely with colleagues in person but also offer the flexibility to work from home on other days.
At the end of the apprenticeship, our structured training will have helped you build a range of relevant skills to prepare you for a career in business services. You’ll also have a professional qualification that’s recognised widely (a Business Administration Level 3) and hands-on experience within one of the world’s leading professional services firms.

We offer an annual salary of £24,000, and a host of great benefits too, including 25 days’ holiday and a day off on your birthday. What’s more you can take up to six days of time off to take part in volunteering initiatives.
Our firm’s hybrid working model balances the flexibility of working from home with the importance of collaborating and learning in our offices or at client sites. We trust our people to be where they need to be, with our colleagues working together in person as often as needed. You’ll be empowered by the technology that supports us to work flexibly across our collaborative office spaces.
