Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience and administrative skills, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our daily production activities. This role requires proficiency in various computer applications, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
* Answer phone calls and respond to emails with professionalism and courtesy
* Maintain organised filing systems and manage data entry tasks accurately
* Taking client Payments
* Helping the commercial team ensure that all deliveries are completed in a timely manner and labelled accurately
* Booking courier transport
* Helping to produced job bags and job related paperwork
* Support the team in clerical duties such as typing correspondence and managing office supplies
* Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow
Qualifications
* Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
* Demonstrated phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication
* Previous clerical experience will be considered an asset
