Overview
Are you a master of organisation with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Join our dynamic team as a Scheduling Co-Ordinator, where you'll play a vital role in planning and managing engineering schedules across the UK and Ireland. Always ensuring business KPI's are met, whilst maintaining a high-quality standard of customer service and delivery.
Responsibilities
* Scheduling of remote based service and repair engineers across the UK and Ireland
* Efficiently schedule the service engineer's day to day routes, adhering to the company SLA policy
* Work towards stipulated KPI targets to achieve maximum productivity
* Manage telephone and email communication
* Where required, arrange the engineer's accommodation
* Communicate with the internal and external teams to achieve the best possible experience for our customers
* Follow and adhere to the scheduling procedures & guidelines, as laid out by the Senior Scheduler
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Excellent planning and organisational abilities
* Clear and confident communication style
* Ability to prioritise under pressure and manage multiple tasks
* A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
* Team player with a customer-first attitude
Desirable
* Previous experience in logistics or scheduling
* Familiarity with Infor LN or similar scheduling software
