All leaders in the Academy share in implementing the Academy Development Plan, devising strategies for raising achievement and ensuring high standards of behaviour. The role as LP – Chemistry, will lead on the quality of T&L in chemistry and also lead the professional development programme of our trainee teachers, in collaboration with Heads Of Faculty.
