What you’ll do
* Lead from the front, delivering an incredible Sunglass Hut experience.
* Create a high energy, feel good culture where teams thrive.
* Coach, motivate and develop the team to smash sales and celebrate wins.
* Support daily store operations and step up in the Store Manager’s absence.
* Help attract great talent with personality, confidence and style.
What you’ll bring
* Retail experience with leadership or supervisory exposure
* A proven track record of driving sales and team performance
* Confidence, strong people skills and positive energy
* Flexibility, adaptability and comfort with fast moving retail
