Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Software Tester specialising in automation testing with substantial experience using Playwright and .NET (C#). Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery. Must collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams for comprehensive test coverage and continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with .NET (C#)
* Build and enhance scalable test automation frameworks
* Develop end-to-end (E2E), regression, integration, and manual test suites
* Execute automated and manual tests
* Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g: Azure DevOps, GitHub)
* Analyse test results, report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues
* Participate in sprint planning and retrospective sessions
* Maintain detailed documentation of test-related topics and new platform features
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
* 4+ years of experience in software testing
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright automation
* An understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices
* Experience in testing web and Android applications
* Proficiency in: C# .NET - Playwright, REST API testing, Test Rail
* Experience with version control systems (such as Git)
* Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
* Experience with Atlassian (Jira and Confluence)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: £35,000.00-£37,500.00 per year
