We are looking for a reliable, dedicated and caring Senior Carers to join our motivated Home Care Management Team.

What you need
* A passion for caring for elderly people in their own homes
* Must hold a current UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes (not mandatory)
* Ability to assist in the day-to-day operation of the Home Care Services business
* Ability to participate in multi-disciplinary assessment of Client needs and planning of Client care
* Ability to liaise with external organisations such as the local authority, with the aim of developing individualised care packages for Clients
* Ability to line manage a team of Carers
* Must be able to provide written reports of all complaints, accidents, incidents and untoward events in accordance with policies via IT systems (mobile app)
* Able to undertake on call duties every other weekend
* Minimum of NVQ / QCF Level 2 in Care, and be willing to complete further QCF Health and Social Care Qualifications
* Experience in Domiciliary Care
* To handle the on-call phone when required, the Senior Carer will be in possession of the phone every other weekend or when required
