Business Development Manager - Hybrid, London

The business now seeks an ambitious and results-oriented Business Development Manager to help expand its apprenticeship offering to organisations. This position requires strong relationship-building skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to identify and convert new commercial opportunities.
This is a hybrid position, with 3 days per week in their London office.
Responsibilities
* Identify and connect with new prospects through outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry events
* Manage the full sales process, from initial call through to proposal, pricing, and contract negotiation
* Understand employer needs and recommend the most suitable training solutions
* Build relationships with senior stakeholders across HR, Digital, and technical teams
* Keep the CRM up to date and provide accurate sales forecasts to support planning and reporting
The Successful Candidate
* 2+ years new business sales experience is essential
* Experience selling apprenticeships or other educational qualifications is ideal
* Candidates from a wider professional training / further education / recruitment backgrounds are also encouraged to apply
* Commutable to their London office 3x days per week
Senior Business Development Manager Package
* Basic Salary: up to £50,000
* OTE: +£20,000-30,000 (uncapped)
