To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with a current active NMC Pin.
Key Duties:
1. Adopt a systemic, individual approach to all patient care plans and communicate the outcomes to the clinical team both verbally and in writing, ensuring all CPA and risk assessment documentation is kept up to date.
2. Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to patient care.
3. Deputise in the absence of the Ward Manager and their Deputy to manage the staffing and clinical needs of the ward as required.
4. Support and supervise new or junior staff.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
1. Have knowledge of the Mental Health/Capacity Act and its implications for practice.
2. Be patient-centric and have a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
3. Possess fine-tuned decision-making skills.
4. Have excellent organisational capacity and effective communication skills.
5. Be flexible and have a strong 'can do' attitude.
6. Strong desire to work within PICU to Rehabilitation services.
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary up to GBP38,716.40 per annum DOE. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive the following generous benefits:
