Choices Homecare are seeking a compassionate Registered Manager to lead and manage our Rotherham branch. We collaborate closely with local authorities, healthcare providers, and care professionals to deliver outcome-focused care. Working hours: 40hrs - Monday to Friday Location: Rotherham Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager: Ensure full regulatory compliance and commitment to CQC standards within the branch. Implement a culture that conforms to CQC standards across all branch colleagues within their daily duties. Manage an operational team within their 365-day service operation. Lead an office and field-based team within their duties; creating a proactive strategy to support and champion best practice. Compose succession planning for all purposes of operational performance. Responsible for the recruitment and resourcing of staff within the branch region. Managing staff compliance, operational performance and implementing best practice. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, commissioners, and families to enhance service provision. Deliver person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and choice. Working towards KPI and other performance metrics to support branch operation. Generate branch operational reports and communicate effectively to C-Suite. What You'll Need: CQC qualified with experience within a similar role. A strategic and methodical approach. Clear communicative and interpersonal skills. Natural leadership qualities. Flexible to operational management and performance. Influential and innovative in succession planning. Reactive to challenges and periods of increased work volumes.
