Who We’re Looking For
* Experience: At least 2 years’ experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or above children’s home
* Qualifications: NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children’s and Young People’s Workforce, or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
* Commitment: A passion for giving children and young people a voice, equal opportunities, and the chance to shape their own futures
* Attention to Detail: A focus on quality and the belief that small successes lead to big outcomes
